Medical Coverage
Keystone POS
We offer the choice of two POS (point-of-service) medical plans that provide both in-network and out-of-network benefits, including prescription drug coverage.
Dental Coverage
MetLife PPO
Our dental plan provides you and your family both in-network and out-of-network benefits. The coverage includes preventive, basic and major restorative care, as well as orthodontia coverage for children.
Vision Coverage
Vision Benefits of America
In addition to the vision coverage offered with our Keystone medical plan, employees can elect additional vision coverage through VBA. This plan provides coverage for annual eye exams and refraction visits and annual allowances for lenses and frames when visiting a network provider. Out-of-network discounts are also available.
Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

Our basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance policies provide $50,000 of coverage and are provided at no cost to our employees.
Short-Term Disability Coverage

CFS provides employees with the ability to purchase short-term disability coverage at a level appropriate to each individual.
Long-Term Disability Coverage

Long-term disability coverage is provided at no cost to our employees.

Our flexible spending accounts provide you with the opportunity to set aside before-tax earnings to reimburse costs associated with health care and dependent care expenses.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
ADP
We offer a 401(k) plan that allows you to contribute the maximum dollars allowed by IRS limits of your compensation on a before-tax basis. We also provide a company match of $0.50 per dollar, up to a maximum employee contribution of 6%.
Credit Union
Sb1 Federal Credit Union
Our employees are eligible to participate become members of the Sb1 Federal Credit Union. They can take advantage of various services, including savings accounts, vacation clubs, loans, surcharge-free ATMs, financial services and educational seminars.
Vacation Days
Vacation amounts are determined based on job level and years of service with the company. Both full-time and part-time employees are eligible for vacation. Vacation is accrued on a monthly basis.
Personal Days
Full-time employees receive 2 personal days each year.
Sick Days
We recognize that employees may need days off to address their medical needs or those of their family members. CFS provides full-time employees with 5 sick days each year and part-time employees receive sick days in a pro-rated amount.
Holidays
We observe 8 paid holidays each year and employees are provided with 1 additional day to be used as a floating holiday.
