The Company’s core competencies include an in-depth understanding of clinical trial budgets and agreements, contract negotiation & administration, finance and accounting. Over the last eight years, CFS has worked with hundreds of investigative sites, pharmaceutical sponsors, biotech companies and clinical research organizations. CFS has managed thousands of clinical trial agreements and processed over a hundred million dollars in transactions related to clinical trial activity. Our focused expertise, innovative processes and integrated technology allow CFS to deliver high-quality, efficient and cost-effective service solutions that address many of the critical financial and administrative issues that affect the clinical trial process.

When CFS started in January 2001, the company saw an immediate opportunity to address the cash flow and payment issues that existed between investigative sites and sponsor companies. The Company’s original business model was to provide Financing and Receivable Management services to investigative sites, site management organizations and academic medical centers. Benefits to our site service offerings include improved cash flow and better visibility to clinical trial revenue and accounts receivable. In early 2006, based on a major unmet need in the marketplace, CFS developed its Payment Management and Contract Management services; and subsequently launched these offerings in early 2007 to pharmaceutical sponsors, biotech companies, and clinical research organizations. Our sponsor services benefit our clients by enabling them to improve quality, focus on core competencies, reduce clinical trial cycle times and cost.

Since its inception in January 2001, CFS has:

• Managed and administered thousands of different clinical trial agreements on behalf of investigative sites and processed over a hundred million dollars in clinical trial transactions.
• Developed relationships with hundreds of investigative sites, site management organizations, hospitals and academic medical centers as well as hundreds of pharmaceutical sponsors, biotech companies, and clinical research organizations.
• Provided financial management services for a number of pharmaceutical sponsors and biotech companies.

• Established financial relationships with Archbrook Capital Management, Wachovia, and JPMorgan Chase
