Mr. Williams is the Vice President of Client Services for Clinical Financial Services, LLC (CFS).  In his current role, he is responsible for leading the business development efforts for the company and managing its client relationships.  Prior to this role at CFS, Kevin was a leader on the Pharmaceutical Services Operation’s team, responsible for the successful development and execution of the investigator contract and grant payment management services.  He is focused on developing innovative, customer-focused service delivery methods and efficient processes to address the needs of this critical niche area of clinical research.  Mr. Williams has more than 12 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industries.

Prior to joining CFS, Kevin worked for Merck & Co., Inc. providing financial and business support to its clinical development organization.  During his seven year tenure at Merck, he held positions of increasing responsibility providing support to many aspects of clinical trial business operations with a focus on coordinating clinical trial outsourcing and investigator contracting activities.  In his role, Kevin supported many organizational initiatives to enhance the clinical trial process including technology integrations, investigator relationship management, and the Investigator-Initiated Studies Program.  Before joining Merck, Kevin was a financial administrator for Mercy Health System.

Kevin holds a BS in Health Science from Lock Haven University and a MBA/MS degree from Temple University (Fox School of Business) with a focus in Health Care Administration and Finance.
