Mr. Slater serves as Vice-President of Information Technology for Clinical Financial Services, LLC. Mr. Slater brings to CFS over thirty years of global business and information technology management experience in many industries, including healthcare and high-technology. Mr. Slater has extensive experience in business and operations management, contracts negotiations, pricing, financial statements, cash management, budgets, software development, e-business strategy, infrastructure technologies and enterprise integration.

Job responsibilities include program management, innovation expertise, architecture, governance and enterprise process support.

Mr. Slater has previous experiences as Vice-President e-Business, Global Director Business Process, Divisional Director of Finance, Director Accounting Operations, Regional Director of Finance, Controller, Senior Consulting Manager, and Subsidiary Accounting Manager. He has a proven background of knowing how to successfully architect information technology and business processes together. His previous management experiences with Unisys, SAP and Oracle have taken him to many major cities in North America and Western Europe.

Mr. Slater has a B.A in Accounting from University of Toronto in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
