Mrs. Mulroney is the Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Clinical Financial Services, LLC. Mrs. Mulroney joined CFS in May 2008. She oversees the company’s finance and accounting operation and has responsibility for accounting, internal and external financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and tax.

Previously, Mrs. Mulroney was the Director of Finance for a not-for-profit organization located in Southern California. There, she implemented not-for-profit GAAP accounting practices, and managed the financial aspects of major capital projects as well as providing advice and guidance to the Board and assisting in the successful growth of the organization.

Prior to this, Mrs. Mulroney was a Corporate Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touch LLP in Toronto, Canada, with nine years of service in public accounting. In this capacity, she managed a vast portfolio of clients and oversaw their corporate tax compliance, consulting, planning, and regulatory audits.

Mrs. Mulroney holds a Certified Public Accounting designation (USA), Chartered Accountant designation (Canada), and B.Comm degree from the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada.
