Ms. Lowery is the Director of Site Services for Clinical Financial Services, LLC (CFS) and is responsible for overseeing the Site Services Group which provides Receivable Management and Financing Services to Investigative Sites, Site Management Organizations, Hospitals, and Academic Medical Centers. Ms. Lowery has more than 14 years of Corporate Accounting experience, including 6 years in the Clinical Trial Industry.

Prior to joining CFS, Ms. Lowey was the Controller of Neeman Medical, a Site Management Organization. At Neeman, Ms. Lowery was responsible for negotiating Clinical Trial Budgets, Patient Revenue Tracking, Financial Statement Preparation, Budget Forecasts and various other accounting responsibilities. Prior to Neeman, Ms. Lowery spent 8 years in the Corporate Accounting Industry where she held various positions of increasing responsibility; starting as a Staff Account and progressing to the position of Controller.

Ms. Lowery has a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY.
