Mr. DiCesare is the Vice-President of the Contracts and Consulting Group for Clinical Financial Services, LLC (CFS). He is responsible for overseeing the Contract Management Services Group which delivers investigator contract management services to pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies and CROs. In addition, he is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with consulting organizations that provide complementary services allowing CFS to gain access to a broader array of clients. Mr. DiCesare has been with CFS since 2006 when joined the organization Director of the Pharmaceutical Services Group.

Prior to joining CFS, Mr. DiCesare spent 14 years in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. Most recently, he spent over 9 years at Merck & Co., Inc. providing financial management and outsourcing services in support of the Clinical Development Programs Department. He held positions of increasing responsibility while at Merck and was the Senior Manager - Financial Operations when he left to join CFS in 2006. Prior to Merck, Mr. DiCesare spent 5 years in the financial services industry where he held various senior level positions within the internal audit departments of Harleysville National Corporation (1994-1997) and PNC Bank Corp. (1992-1994). Mr. DiCesare has a B.S. in Accounting from Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA.
