Kelly A. Morello

Kelly Morello joined CFS in January 2011 and is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership, which includes designing and implementing effective organizational and people strategies for the company. She has overall responsibility for the programs and activities that support the company’s employees, including benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, talent management and talent development.
Mrs. Morello has more than 10 years of human resource experience and more than 5 years of bioscience industry experience. Most recently, she was the Senior Director of Programs & Workforce Development at Pennsylvania Bio, where she expanded the association’s workforce development initiatives to cultivate the current and future workforce of the industry. Prior to that, Mrs. Morello pioneered the HR function at Tengion, Inc., a small biotech start-up focused in the field of regenerative medicine, where she held the position of Senior Director, Human Resources.
Mrs. Morello received her M.S. in human resource development from Villanova University in Villanova, PA and her B.S. in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, from Millersville University in Millersville, PA. She holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
