Gregory J. Seminack
President and Managing Partner
Mr. Seminack provides direction and leadership to our team of highly skilled professionals and serves as the Managing Partner on the CFS Executive Committee. One of the original founders of the company, Mr. Seminack saw an opportunity to build an organization that addresses the accounting, financial and business operations needs surrounding contracting and payment transactions for the clinical trials industry. Mr. Seminack has over 30 years of contract, pricing, business operations, accounting and finance experience in the computer software services and technology industries.
Mr. Seminack has held various senior-level positions within Unisys Corporation, providing financial support to various sales organizations, and also served as Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded software and outsourcing company.
Mr. Seminack has transferred his in-depth knowledge of financial operations to a company offering similar services within the clinical trials industry. His previous experience in managing financial groups within large organizations has been key to building a staff of highly skilled and experienced individuals who are experts in delivering the company’s service offerings.
Mr. Seminack has a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
