Vice President, Global Tax, Treasury and Client Services
Mrs. Mulroney joined CFS at the USA headquarters in 2008 as VP of Accounting and Finance, where she oversaw the company’s internal finance and accounting operation. In September 2011, Mrs. Mulroney relocated to the UK to launch the CFS European division, as VP of Global Tax, Treasury and Client Services for the Global Payment Services group. In this role, she is responsible for addressing international issues that arise in global clinical trials, such as various tax and treasury items. In addition, she oversees the account management for select European clients.
Previously, Mrs. Mulroney was Director of Finance for a not-for-profit organization located in Southern California, USA. There, she implemented not-for-profit GAAP accounting practices and managed the financial aspects of major capital projects. She also provided advice and guidance to the Board and assisted in the successful growth of the organization.
Prior to this, Mrs. Mulroney was a Corporate Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Toronto, Canada, with 9 years of service in public accounting. In this capacity, she managed a vast portfolio of clients and oversaw their corporate tax compliance, consulting, planning and regulatory audits.
Mrs. Mulroney holds a certified public accountant designation (U.S.A), chartered accountant designation (Canada), and a Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Toronto in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
